It’s a question I’ve returned to throughout my career — asking not just what an organization does, but who it’s made of and how it functions.

  • Who are the people at the heart of the organization?

  • What roles do they hold, and what challenges do they face?

  • How and where do they work?

  • And just as importantly, how do they feel?

Many workplaces today — whether intentionally designed or shaped by inertia — are no longer serving us well. It’s time to rethink how we relate to work and to one another, and to reimagine what a truly healthy organization can be.
